Jade Barrett is an internationally trained winemaker with extensive experience throughout New Zealand, Australia and California.  With over 28 years in the global wine industry, Jade is recognized for crafting exceptional wines, defined by depth, structure and elegance that serve as regional benchmarks.  

Raised on New Zealand’s Waiheke Island and surrounded by vineyards, Jade began cultivating his passion for wine while studying and working in the local vineyards.  In the years since, he has guided numerous winemaking programs, elevating quality while staying true to his vibrant, sophisticated style.  Whether driving the rugged backroads of the Sonoma Coast, navigating the steep, winding roads of Napa Valley in search of exceptional new vineyards, or traveling to France to evaluate the finest oak cooperages, Jade is constantly striving for excellence.
